Race Day format
Regular Race Day - Saturday
- 9:00 am – Gates open
- 9:30 am – Set up track
- 10:00am-10:30am - Safety Tach & Hot laps (Sled & Driver MUST PASS SAFTEY TECH BEFORE ANY HOT LAPS) *Driver will be disqualified for not going through tech.
- 10:45 am – MANDATORY Driver’s meeting
- 11:00 am – Racing Starts (Make sure your child is at the line & in staging area)
- 12:30 – 1:30 – Lunch break/Track Maintenance
- End of Race Day - Clean up track, no one leaves until everything is cleaned up
- Awards Ceremony - Trophies will be handed out after the last race. Depending on weather the ceremony may be outside or indoors at the press booth.

In order to keep our costs down, we expect all racer families to help with track set up, track tear down, flagging and other race day jobs. Some jobs are inside, while most are outside. Awards are only handed out AFTER everyone helps clean up the track
Final Weekend Race Day
The kids will be part of the opening ceremonies to do the parade lap. This will be sometime around 11:00am.
After opening ceremonies we will continue schedule.
After all the kids are done racing there will be a mom's race and dads race.
After the final race we will clean up the track
The weekends race awards and meal will be at the Beausejour Hall after the final race on the big track.
The season's final overall points standings awards will be done at the year end wind up. This will allow plenty of time for the board to finalize and tally all the racers points correctly.
